The Community Leader’s Program (CLP)

Project Overview

The Community Leaders’ Program is designed to empower elected and non-elected community leaders with the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to promote good governance, accountability, transparency, and effective leadership at local government levels. The program strengthens leaders’ capacity to engage communities, monitor public services, promote responsible use of public resources, and hold public institutions accountable. Through leadership training, dialogue, mentorship, and community engagement, the program inspires positive community change and is designed to enhance the quality, accessibility, and responsiveness of public service delivery across local communities.
