Project Overview

The Annual Leadership and Governance Conference is a high-level platform that brings together thought leaders, professionals, policymakers, the youth, civil society, and community stakeholders to discuss and promote effective leadership, good governance, accountability, transparency, human rights, and sustainable development for our Country – Uganda.

The conference provides opportunities for knowledge sharing, networking, mentorship, and dialogue on emerging governance challenges, while showcasing successful community initiatives and innovative leadership practices. It aims to inspire ethical leadership, strengthen institutional accountability, and develop practical solutions that contribute to more inclusive, transparent, and responsive communities and institutions for a better and progressive Uganda.
