Frank Pamela Nalukwago
She is an accomplished education entrepreneur and former banking executive with over 19 years of experience in the financial services sector. Throughout her banking career, Nalukwago progressed through various leadership positions, ultimately serving in International Business, while mentoring and developing high-performing professionals. Inspired by her Chevening experience, she established Pamville Schools Ltd to provide quality early childhood education and foster holistic learning. Through her work, Nalukwago is shaping future generations by promoting excellence, innovation, and learner-centred education. She received a Master of Arts in Financial Risk Management from the University of Leeds.
Penninah Tomusange Kyoyagala
Penninah Tomusange Kyoyagala is an accomplished humanitarian and international development leader with more than 18 years of experience in programme management, partnership development, and organisational leadership. She is deeply committed to advancing human dignity and social justice through programmes that promote public health, gender equality, youth empowerment, and humanitarian response. Kyoyagala currently works as Head of Gaza Office, Palestine, United Nations Population Fund. In her leadership role with UNFPA, she has strengthened partnerships and programmes that support vulnerable populations in complex humanitarian settings. Kyoyagala holds a Master of Arts in Development Studies from the University of Leeds.
Faith Edigold Musimenta
Faith Edigold Musimenta is a seasoned petroleum economist and financial analyst with extensive experience in Uganda's oil and gas sector. She specialises in petroleum economics, financial analysis, and energy policy, contributing to evidence-based decision-making and the sustainable management of Uganda's petroleum resources. Musimenta, who holds a Master of Science in Energy Studies, is a Senior Petroleum Economist and Financial Analyst at the Petroleum Authority of Uganda. She earned an MSc in Energy Studies from the University of Dundee.
Jonathan Ochom
Jonathan Ochom is a legal and policy expert with over 14 years of experience in land and natural resource governance across Africa. His expertise combines legal practice, policy reform, and strategic advocacy to advance women's land rights, transparency, legal reform, and inclusive stakeholder engagement. He has led and supported land governance initiatives with various organisations, including Transparency International, Oxfam International, LANDnet Uganda, the Democratic Governance Facility, Uganda Land Alliance, the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency, the International Land Coalition, AWO International, UCOBAC, and the National Coalition of Human Rights Defenders. As Partner – Growth & Strategy at Tenure Advisory in Kampala, Ochom leads business development, strategic partnerships, market positioning, and regional expansion, helping shape innovative solutions in land governance and sustainable development across Africa. He holds a Master of Laws from Swansea University.
Mercy Odu
She is a dual-qualified lawyer admitted to practice in England and Wales and Uganda. She specialises in infrastructure and development finance, cross-border corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial law across Sub-Saharan Africa. Her work focuses on structuring and advising on complex legal and financial transactions that drive sustainable economic growth and regional development. Currently, Odu works with the Eastern and Southern African Trade and Development Bank in Nairobi, Kenya. She earned a Master of Laws in International Commercial Law from the University of Warwick.
Gerald Kutosi Namboko
He is a Pharmaceutical Scientist specialising in quality assurance within Uganda's pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Namboko currently works at Quality Chemical Industries Limited in Kampala, where he leads documentation and quality assurance processes that support the production of safe, high-quality medicines. Namboko is a passionate advocate for the growth of Uganda's local pharmaceutical industry. He is also committed to student development, career mentorship, and guiding prospective scholarship applicants. Beyond his professional work, Namboko enjoys exploring new places, building meaningful connections, and engaging with diverse communities, reflecting his belief in lifelong learning and personal growth. He received an MSc in Pharmaceutical Chemistry (Pharmaceutical Sciences) from the University of South Wales.
Kasumba Arnold Phillip Sekiryowa
He is a water and sanitation engineer and project management specialist with over five years of experience designing, coordinating, and implementing sustainable Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) programmes across the public and private sectors, and international development initiatives. He possesses expertise in project design, costing, implementation, stakeholder engagement, and project management. Sekiryowa is proficient in engineering and geospatial software, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArchiCAD, and ArcGIS. He is committed to advancing sustainable development through innovative engineering solutions. Sekiryowa holds an MSc in Water, Sanitation and Health Engineering from the University of Leeds. He is currently an Assistant Water and Sanitation Engineer at the Alliance Consultants Limited Uganda.
